Search Encrypt is easy to use and makes searching privately simple. We believe that everyone should take time to make sure they aren’t putting themselves or their data at risk on the internet.
Unfortunately, if privacy-focused alternatives to the major products are difficult to use, or they feel clunky, people are not going to make the switch. We’ve put a lot of effort into making Search Encrypt as simple and user-friendly as possible.
Go To SearchEncrypt.com

The easiest way to get to Search Encrypt is just going directly to www.searchencrypt.com. You’ll notice that HTTPS (SSL encryption) is enabled by default.
Try Your First Encrypted Search

Our homepage is designed with simplicity and usability in mind. Search Encrypt should feel like any other search engine you’ve used. To search, just type in your search term and press Enter. All you have to do is search and we’ll take care of the rest. We believe it’s important to have the best privacy possible enabled by default.
Your Search Terms Are Encrypted

When you search with Search Encrypt your search terms are locally encrypted and then sent to our servers in encrypted form. In the above image you’ll notice that you search term doesn’t appear in your search URL.
This helps protect your privacy from anyone who may have access to your computer or your network. If your search terms aren’t in encrypted form when they are sent over your network, anyone could view your searches. Our search engine helps avoid this from happening with end-to-end encryption.
